Practice Schedule
We run practices with a "come when you can" mentality. We'd love to see you out there as often as you can make it, but understand if life gets in the way. Our practice schedule does not change, and many of our members build their class schedule around practices when they can.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY @ 8am: Training Run
Meet at Gleeson Library, then run through Golden Gate Park with the club
We have varying pace groups & distances for all levels of experience!
TUESDAY, FRIDAY @ 8am: Workout
Meet at Gleeson Library, then run to the Polo Fields in Golden Gate Park with the club
We have varying pace groups & distances for all levels of experience!
SATURDAY – Rest Day
SUNDAY @ 9am
We host weekly LONG RUNS at different locations around San Francisco.
Don’t worry, you will still have the option to choose whatever distance you'd like, even if its only 1-2 miles

New To Running?
It's important that you come to practice and run at the distance and speed which fits your previous experience and goals. We want to encourage each and every member to listen to their bodies and find a routine which works for them. All of our officers also run at varying paces, so you'll always have a friend to run with if you'd like one.
Feel free to approach any of our officers for guidance and support, running related, or otherwise!
